Our team has many years of experience in the area of sheet metal forming. With the aid of the CAD CAM programs CATIA and Tebis we can design machine tools in a short span of time for tapered forming as well as devices for measuring, testing and finalization purposes.We are glad to advise you on how to set up sub-assemblies of sheet metal parts. "Method Planning" determines the process sequence for the manufacture of external body components after examining the shape, material quality and efficient manufacture procedures. Any problems that may occur can be examined quickly and resolved in the "Simulation" process. The Autoform pulling and reshaping simulation can predict problem zones on the tool or work piece, and make the necessary changes during the design phase itself.
