Measuring technology

A comprehensive quality management system is an integral part of our company policy and provides the organizational requirements to fulfil the high quality demands placed on products and processes. Our computer controlled 3D measurement technology forms the basis of our state-of-the-art quality assurance. We use a Duplex measurement machine from the Zett-Mess company (5000 x 3000 x 2200mm) with the measuring software "Zeiss Holos NT", as well as measuring machine Carmet C9 (CNC Duplex with Holos Software) during manufacture to ensure the highest level of precision in quality testing, protocol logging and release for all tool components, individual parts and ZSB - modules. First sample test reports are created according to VDA or customer specific standards. Furthermore, our employees are trained in the VW "Product Audit Group Guidelines" and are able to permitted surface assessments and audits. We guarantee permanent process monitoring according to ISO/TS 16949:2002. The consequent implementation of our quality management system ensures the fulfilment of our client's quality requirements. PROTOMASTER is a registered A-supplier for Porsche AG, Audi AG as well as Dura Automotive, and is certified by BMW AG for aluminium processing.
