Our qualified car body makers put the finishing touch to the sheet metal parts. We are provided with standard equipment of hollow punches, saws, folding presses, Eckold power formers as well as WIG, MAG and resistance welding technologies. The PROTOMASTER Ltd. is a supplier of prototype sections from the simplest type to complete assembly sections, front and rear flaps, side panels and subassemblies made of steel and aluminium sheet metals. We produce the aids and devices required for this manufacture of our own. Excellent surfaces finish, clean flangings, operatability and dimensional accuracy of the assemblies, as well as short production times are our commitment. The (Außenhaut)surfaces improvement (finishing) is doing by manual workers. For improving the surfaces (surface finish) of exterior body parts we have manual reworking units.
