Tool manufacture

The extensive experience of our employees in the development, method planning, design and manufacture of tools with the aid of state-of-the-art design, manufacture and quality assurance procedures, has enabled us to become a series development partner of the automobile industry. We guarantee the timely manufacture of customized body work tools to the approved component quality. A multi-step process is implemented to manufacture dimensionally precise body work parts such as side walls, bonnets, roofs and doors, with repeatable precision. We produce customized tools, devices and forms for every customer from different materials (steel, cast metal, aluminium, zamak alloys) up to a unit weight of 50 tonnes and a length of 4500 mm. The utilization of the latest manufacturing technologies such as Engineering Know How, the simulation and continuity of CAD / CAM manufacture enables PROTOMASTER® to guarantee punctual project delivery. The optimal commissioning of tools is also made possible through close cooperation with our pressingg department. Our Try-Out processes and highly qualified personnel enable us to perform accurate testing and commissioning of tool sets. Furthermore, we can also provide our qualified technicians for onsite commissioning and optimization of tools sets to eliminate start-up problems.
